Pursuit of Healthy Ness

Breakfast

 I think grapes may be one of my all time favourite food. Especially black grapes like these! This was with plain Greek yogurt and blackberries as well. A great way to start the day.

Lunch
I love making salads. This one has spinach, lettuce, mushrooms, bean sprouts, cherry tomatoes, avocado, spicy Havarti cheese, and chicken with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, ground pepper and sea salt. I made a huge bowl so I could have some with my dinner too. YUM!
